Resort layout
The project is an intimate architectural complex consisting of four houses built in an unusual style and with common areas. Key elements are the preservation of the assets of the landscape, the architecture and the natural environment of the location. The villas in this resort will be of the ‘premium’ standard. Each of them is set in a garden whose focal point is a relaxation area with a private heated swimming pool.
Space
It was the ambition of the architects of the project to create an area of comfort that is intimate and tranquil. A place that allows you to rest, relax or work surrounded by beautiful nature. Thanks to its unique location it is also possible to experience the wonderful cultural and historical traditions of nearby Granada.
Architecture
The architecture of the resort has links with the traditional Andalusian ‘cortijos’, but put into a modern jacket. The sloped roofs, resembling Arab traditions, are in harmony with the large glazed walls and windows, allowing the inhabitants to admire the beautiful natural environment of the Sierra Nevada National Park with its impressive mountain range. The unique location of the resort offers inhabitants the chance to admire the landscapes in the park with Granada’s old Arab district in the background.
