In line with the ‘Living In & Out’ concept, the glazing in the living room and dining room opens the interior of the villa to the adjacent terrace and garden with an impressive relaxation area, the focal point of which is the ‘infinity’ type swimming pool.

First floor
The upper floor is a private area with three bedrooms, including one master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The three individual terraces, adjacent to the bedrooms, underline the feeling of comfort and independence. All of them boast unforgettable views. You can admire the wonderful sunrise on one side of the villa and experience breathtaking sunsets on the other. You will witness two-hour spectacles in which the main actors will be the sun, Granada and the Sierra Nevada mountains.

Additional facilities of the villa are the two common bathrooms, the laundry, walk-in closet, a garage built into the building and a traditional Andalusian garden with an ‘infinity’ type swimming pool.

Garden
The garden around the villa will be dominated by local, Mediterranean plants. A composition of lemon trees and orange trees in combination with cypresses, 40-year-old Mediterranean pine trees and olive trees should remind you of the gardens of the Alhambra and the parks of Granada.
